So my adept face has the seducer as a mentor spirit. The all advantage is edge boosts cost 1 less for con tests.
1) Are the 1-edge boosts free or is there a minimum cost
2) If the 1-edge boosts are free and since you can spend X edge to reroll X dice are all of those free? What would be the limit on that usage if they are free?

The Errata release (here (https://www.shadowrunsixthworld.com/resources/)) officially added this to the Spending Edge section on p. 46: "Note that nothing can ever reduce the cost of an Edge Action to 0 Edge."
-
Also, I think people are leaning towards 'the entire expenditure receives a single discount of 1'.
-
List of situations where Seduction applies:
- 1-Edge Boost 'Reroll one die' still cost 1 Edge (see errata)
- 2-Edge Boost '+1 to a single die roll' cost 1 Edge when used on a Con test
- 2-Edge Action 'Bring the Drama' cost 1 Edge while taking a Con test
- 3-Edge Boost 'Buy one automatic hit' cost 2 Edge when used on a Con test
- 4-Edge Boost 'Add Edge to your dice pool' cost 3 Edge when used on a Con test
- 4-Edge Boost 'Reroll all failed dice' cost 3 Edge when used on a Con test
- 5-Edge Boost 'Count 2s as glitches for the target' cost 4 Edge when used on a target during a Con test
Also, I think people are leaning towards 'the entire expenditure receives a single discount of 1'.
So what you are saying is that if I were to for example buy two automatic hits on my Con test with the Seducer Mentor Spirit I would have to pay 5 Edge (rather than 4)? Interesting.....
Only Edge Boosts you can stack on a Con test (that are applicable for a discount) are the the following two:
- 2-Edge Boost '+1 to a single die roll'
- 3-Edge Boost 'Buy one automatic hit'
-
Could I reroll 2 die on a con check for 1 edge?
-
Under the assumption that it simply gives 1 discount on the full expenditure, yeah that would be the case.
Remember, always reroll your opponent's hits. =D

Under the assumption that it simply gives 1 discount on the full expenditure
That whole assumption could need an official clarification / errata if you ask me.
Reading the text it sound more like each individual edge boost cost 1 less edge (with a minimum cost of 1 edge), rather than that the whole edge expenditure cost 1 less edge (with a minimum cost of 1 edge).
Difference between the two are not huge to be honest (at least not in the case of Seduction);
In the first case you can stack the 2-edge action 2 times for a 50% save (total cost of 2 edge)
In the second case you can stack the 1-edge action 2 times for a 50% save (total cost of 1 edge).

Except that the errata note an Edge 'Action' (they meant Expenditure) cannot be discounted to 0, so for rerolls it's the difference between 'can I get any discount or not'.
And yes, it needs official clarification/errata. It's come up. Fortunately, I have no idea what the errata team's opinion is on it, so I can state 'I'm functioning under assumption X'.
