Should disguise be a specialization of both con and stealth?

Con Disguise seem to be when you disguise yourself to look like someone you are not

Stealth Disguise seem to be when you you disguise your tracks (see Outdoors for reference)

The hotfix was supposed to address this...  Camouflage should have replaced Disguise as specialization for Stealth, not simply been added.

Oh well.

The intent is Disguise is for Con, not Stealth.

Yeah....Con makes way more sense. Figure skills in deceiving others would fall more in line with representing yourself as something you're not.

What doesn’t con do. Im almost surprised shooting people isn’t under con at this point.

I mean...being scared drek less, waving a gun at someone trying to make them think you have your drek together, and shooting off some rounds to con them into believing that you're a bad ass....just saying :-p
