Title: 6E Human-Looking quality

What races can take the quality human-looking?  The quality mentions no restriction (even human), but the text implies only dwarves, elves, and orks. Is this change blindness?

I don't know about 5th, but SR3 and SR4 didn't allow you to take it as a troll.  But...if trolls can have more human physical attributes now, I could understand trolls taking human looking.
