Am I correct in thinking that each level of wired reflexes grants two extra minor actions?
P.40, Game Timing and Actions
The basic action allotment for each character is 1 Minor Action and 1 Major Action per combat round. Players get 1 additional Minor Action for every Initiative Die they have.
P.287, Wired Reflexes
each rating point of wired reflexes gives you +1 Reaction (and accompanying bonus to your Initiative Score), 1 additional Initiative Die, and 1 additional Minor Action.
So, +1 for the bonus die and +1 for the printed bonus per level?
(I had assumed that this was the case until I started looking over the archetypes and noticed that some, like the street samurai, seemed to contradict this, and wasn't sure if it was just intended to be a clarification - albeit a confusingly worded one!)

No, it's confusing but it's probably just sloppy editing. Apart from anything else the cap of 5 Minor actions per round means you'd max out after Wired Reflexes 2, which is surely not what was intended...?
-
No, as far as we can tell you should simply read that as a repeating of the benefit an extra initiative die gives you.

If you apply it verbatim? Yes, you'd get two dice for every 1 rating of Wired Reflexes.
That said, I believe the posters above me for the intent (that they meant to re-iterate that you are getting the extra action BECAUSE of the extra die).
The better way to have written it would have been:
each rating point of wired reflexes gives you +1 Reaction (and accompanying bonus to your Initiative Score) and 1 additional Initiative Die (which includes the 1 additional minor action [pg 40]).
OR each rating point of wired reflexes gives you +1 Reaction (and accompanying bonus to your Initiative Score) and 1 additional Initiative Die (see page 40 for benefits of additional initiative dice).

Nice. Of the two, I like that second one better.
