Meet Tiffany. Elven Hermetic Face Decker. Back in 5th Edition Tiffany was my Elven Technomancer Cheerleader. But 6th lost the Leadership buff, Diagnostics was nerfed and the assorted Matrix bufffing actions are a distant Kill Coded memory. I was very sad. Best I can do in 6th is the following:

Spells:
Increase Attribute
Overclock
So, Spellslinging and Conjuring check. First batches of Karma will go to pick up more spells. Increase Attribute should be spam'd on everything by Kin Spirits plus 3 from Tiffany herself. Spread it out over the group. Increase Charisma on anyone during a Social set up. Increase Logic/Intuition/Charisma during legwork phases, or buff combat stats if a fight looks like it's coming up.
If the team lacks a proper Face, Increase Charisma goes to 11, plus a skill point, possibly even a specialization, up to 14 dice. Not too shabby.
Hacking stuff out on the Grid is pretty easy. Medium sized Hosts of 4 or 5 are possible with a bunch of buffs. 17 Dice Hacking, 16 Dice Computers in ideal conditions. Overclocker (you'll likely need to cast a couple times) to bump up Sleaze a bit. Still dangerously fragile, so really high risk.
Stuff. Doesn't have any. Lives in the car which helps avoid the loan sharks at least. Earned Nuyen should be tossed at the Loansharks first, then save up for something with a decent Firewall.
Edge, spend it like crazy, you generate Edge with Matrix stuff and Magic stuff, so do lots of that. Spirits, summon lots, use them for as much as possible. Legwork, you do all of the Legworks. Combat, if the GM says "Roll for initiative" when you're not ready, you're in trouble. Otherwise, buff the team and let the Spirits do your combat. Stay in the car if at all possible.
