I was playing with character builds on Hero Lab and came up with this. The mixture of Activesofts at 6, High Attributes (most at ten or 9) using concentration or sustaining focus, and the right gear, this character has a dice pool or 15 or 16 in the following skills.
Athletics, Con, Cracking, Electronics, Engineering, Firearms, Perception, and Stealth. Also has spells that will allow him/her to control opposition, turn invisible and levitate.
The character has 25 Karma left to spend. Any ideas?
