I'm not sure if I've seen a quote in 6th, but they have been about the size of a tablet in the previous edition.

To my knowledge RCC have always been described to be the size of a laptop (or a briefcase).

Cyberdeck have been described to be size of a tablet in the 5th edition, but it changed to the shape of a gauntlet in 6th (and it was in described to have the shape of a [big] keyboard in previous editions).

Personally I envision them as more like portable game consoles... like the Nintendo Switch
