Title: Technomancers Effective Device Rating

As a 6we Technomancer,  if I take Emulate Program (Biofeedback Filter) what is my Device Rating?

I am not locating any reference to it.

I am half thinking my Search Fu is failing me because I cannot believe it has not come up yet.

pg 189, Matrix/Mental Attribute Equivalency Table says that Device Rating = Resonance.

In my defense the "Hide it by making it look like a header" thing was really sneaky. Even by Catalyst standards.

Yeah I can't even guess why certain decisions are made.  Like that one.
