Physical Description: Ghost has a lean athletic build. 6 foot 1, 190 lbs, dark hair, usually blue eyes, and a million dollar smile. He is emaculately groomed and most often wearing a suit and overcoat.
Personality/background Ghost started his career with the Renraku corporation. His parents were both wage slaves and he grew up and was educated within the Renraku arcology.  His career of choice was to be accepted into the Red Samurai, but he ended up working as a negotiator and later a Johnson. Ghost believes he was passed over for the Red Samurai program because he wasn't Japanese. As he worked in the shadows as a Johnson, Ghost became more and more displeased with the corporate life, when the arcology shut down it was luck that he was outside the facility. The shut down made it easy to slip into the shadows amongst all the chaos that followed. Ghost believes the matrix crash of 64' helped to ensure that he was no longer in the system, but little to Ghost's knowledge, his SIN is still active.

The Ares Predator IV already have a built-in Smartgun, no need to buy another one.
If by "Fake ID", you mean "Fake SIN", the price is ten times higher.
You may need programs on your Commlink. (except if your GM gives you the basic ones for free)
Why take the "Ground Vehicles" skill but no car ?
A medikit might come in handy.
Weapon permits could help you a lot in case of scan.
I would have chosen a datajack instead of the AR Gloves, mainly because of the corporate background. Plus, it allows you to use the matrix when your hands are full (pistols, katana, handcuffs...).
You should add ammo, except if you plan to use your guns as close combat weapons.
I do not consider "Photographic Memory" as useful but if it fits your character, no problem. (do not forget that the cybereyes can record)
Take a Micro-Transceiver, if you want to communicate with the group during infiltrations.

I might miss a few other problems, but you get the idea.

Thanks I wasn't sure how in depth to go on the gear for this play by post thing, plus I was remaking a character with over a hundred karma on it from scratch.  Looks like I need to rearrange some build points.

You would be well served to get either gymnastics or dodge - right now, you have no skill for full defense against ranged combat.  Tailored pheromones are 15,000 per level, not 10,000.  You have a top-level commlink, but you need utilities (browse, edit, etc.) if you want it to be useful as more than a glorified PDA.  Consider getting the skinlink mod for your guns - it is cheap, and well worth it to keep your smartguns from getting hacked.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the availability restrictions for starting characters. Our tabletop group never uses them, I'll get it straightened out Monday and round out my gear properly.  8)
