So we've seen Puck posting but what of the other Otaku that were in league with Deus? Dead? Or in hiding?

Of the various Whites from the arcology, the named ones that I remember were Pax, Puck, Scarecrow, the Nubian, and one other that was always using a panther or similar feline form as their icon.
Pax fled the arcology in the confusion around Deus' escape, managing to evade not just the army outside but her fellow Whites inside. She went on to form Ex Pacis and join with Winternight, creating the dissonant worm Jormangund for Crash 2.0. Her whereabouts post-2064 are unconfirmed, but it was mentioned in an earlier book (corporate enclaves, maybe?) that Puck had found evidence that former members of Ex Pacis were still around and active.
Puck, Scarecrow, and the Nubian were tasked by Deus to watch over the thousand or so arcology 'survivors' that had been wetwired to receive and later compile Deus' code after it escaped from the Arcology. Their job was to keep an eye on the compilation process, making sure that the network nodes didn't start getting their self-awareness back enough to cause problems (and presumably to make sure that enough of them stayed alive to get the job done). Puck was approached by Pax during this time and brought on to deliver a Jormangund code egg to the Boston Stock Exchange system after Deus had become active again and was attempting his ascendency into god-AI. This direct attack by the dissonant worm, combined with the join attack of Megeara and Mirage, and the Winternight EMP blast over boston all combined to finally take down Deus (and the other two big badda AIs as well). No information is given as to what happened to Scarecrow and Nubian after Deus had finished compiling.
While there is fairly solid evidence that Puck bootstrapped from otaku to technomancer between '64 and '70 sometime, Pax was well into her fading (losing her otaku abilities) before the arcology shutdown occurred. So it's pure guesswork as to if any of the others finished fading or became technomancers.
