Plz any hint to make him better?

Race (0): Human
Special: Latent Technomancer (I used this option since a full tech would be quite a waste of BP and the latent option would yet gimme the background and plot interests, might even take it off if wouldnt be usable as background etc, then I can let the dude to lose his essence but even then he wouldn't start with any cyber since he yet see himself as an Otaku, but may be an idea if he lost his ressonant connection for good... or never had since he might even be other person that the Otaku he claims to be... if so I would spend those 10 PB with other kinda quality since Paragon wouldnt be avaliable for non ressonant characters)
Qualities (0): Latent Technomancer 5BP, More than Metahuman 5BP, Paragon - Daedalus +2 Hardware +1 Machine Sprite 5BP, Exceptional Attribute Intuition 20BP, In Debt (Gets extra 30000 nuyen but have to pay 45000 and 4500 each month) -30BP, Day Job (5000 a month but works 40 hours a week) -5BP.
Attributes (195+40): BOD 1 REA 1 AGI 1 STR 1 INT 7 LOG 5 CHA 5 WIL 5 EDG 6 (He is an old man something around 70-80 so physical is shit like that)

I have seen these kind of builds before and the problem is that you can't always stay in the van and rig drones. Sooner or later you will have to do a run in the flesh (cold storage, faraday cage, the bad guys figure out where you are, you get jammed, etc). Once you are actually in a physical confrontation, you die. In one round.
At this point the people who put up these builds ususally have very elaborate plans about how they are going to never have to do that. Bullpucky. Sooner or later, you have to get out of the bloody van. And you will die.
You are a borderline bedridden cripple. Who is living a step above the street, with a comlink with medium sized fortune in software on it and a bunch of expensive drones. Not that I know where you put the drones in your squat, but it really has "victim" written all over it. Unless you take the combat drones to stuffer shack with you when you get your meager grocerier for your squatter lifestyle you are a physical cripple in bad part of town. See where I am going with this?
I guess I am saying try again. Dont mean to be blunt about it, but there are so many potential drawbacks to the character you have designed I am not sure that this guy would survive his day off, let alone the rough and tumble world of being a shadowrunner.

No offense, but latent technomancer is a disadvantage. You should actually pay points to not have it. When you emerge, you can no longer use your programs (because now those skills are linked to resonance) and you have 3 complex forms at rating 1 (and they are expensive to upgrade).
If your goal is to be a van hacker, then my suggestion is to start by being a technomancer. See my previous post for a start.
When you are a van hacker, your goal is to be in a rigger cocoon in a Wuxing Hussar. Add legs. Then you have an 18 hardened armor mecha that can climb stairs and kickass with a vehicle weapon.
That’s my starting advice.

By SR4a character creation you aren't able to min/max your stats like that, having 3 - 5s and a 7. Unable to quote but I think at best you can begin with a 6 and a pair of 4s? Or in your case then a 7 and pair of 4s. Something along those lines.
Without the ability to wear a bit of armor and be able to move while wearing it, this character is near death the moment he steps outside. Baronspam makes good points.

You can not spend more than 200 BP in physical + mental attributes. You are thinking of skills where you can only have 1 six or 2 fives.
Intuition is also bad for a hacker too, sell that down and go to 3 body
