Title: Extended Cylinder?

I've seen it mentioned several times, a mod that extends a revolvers cylinder to 8 slots, but I can't find it anywhere in my books. Anyone got a page number?

Arsenal, p152, bottom left--a bit hard to see.

Almost all the weapon mods are in that section of Arsenal.
