So I saw the other post about neighborhoods in Seattle. I'm looking for similar neighborhoods in Cuba. Is there much info out there even? :\
Just looking for a 2, maybe even a 1. But probably a 2.

I wouldn't imagine that Cuba would have any official details in the Shadowrun books. If you want to run a campaign in Cuba, find a map, and make your own neighborhoods.
Get creative!

Okay, cool! Sounds fun!

Other than some info about the Carribean in the Sixth World Almanac that part of the world hasn't got much attention. Havana gets a long paragraph, thats about it. Certainly not anything as detailed as Seattle or Denver. The almanac basically mentions three areas for Havana, "Old Havana" which is described as a heavily fortified political district, Centro Habana, which is a shopping district, and Barrio Chino which is a gang controlled slum. Havana in general is one of the better off cities of the Carribean, and is described as a major tourist destination.
After that, you are pretty much on your own.

That also means you can do a bit whatever you want. Need an Ares compound: just put one somewhere. Need a gang: add one. You won't have a player who knows the city better then you annoying you because you get some detail wrong.

Hey, even cooler! Well, it's been established that we live in the slums. So that's about it. Haha.
