Title: Cyberarm with retractable monofilament whip?

Are there any rules regarding this in the rulebooks out?  I know it seems a bit cliche, but I'd be interested in putting together a character with this.  I know the stock answer will prolly be 'ask your GM', but if there are already rules out there for it, it smooths the convincing portion of the conversation.
