Title: Runners toolkit

I want to buy it among a few other fiction books so I can do GMing at my college but I don't know where to get the full amount of stuff (not just the PDF) What book should I get for a campaign? I'm thinking the one about horizon

I'm in one in my hometown when I swing in from college its a once a week thing. Just started 8)
