Because the character critiques are so good here I thought I'd throw another one out there (bit of a rushed job I'll be the first to admit)...

The sword staff thing is unfortunately just silly. He has 3 less skill in it, and it has 1 more reach. +3 to hit and +3 to melee defense is just better than +1 to hit or -1 to be hit. He also paid 12 points to suck at it. Influence group at 3 rather than 4 makes Baby Dunkelzahn cry, I would remove the Exotic Weapon and buy another point of Influence.
STR/2 damage rounds up, not down, so you want odd Strength.

It didn't really work did it :P ...I liked the image of it, the execution clearly needs more work...I might keep it there as fluff and not pay points for it, fighting is much better with the two weapons I agree :)
EDIT: Dropped exotic weapon, got a point of influence and a specialisation in swords! Will have to sort the strength thing when I can get alphaware

I see that you have Logic 3 but no Logic skills, maybe you should drop it to a 2 and get a 3 in Strength to you scrawny paladin of scrawniness +3?
I would pick up a martial art that give you a bonus to your Blades DV. You don't have any ranks in Infiltration so I don't see you being able to spring a slot of surprise attacks.
If you want Carromeleg for RP reasons then that's a hole other thing.

Yeah, this guy's main problem is that his melee attacks are kinda low DV. I would try to free up 12 bp for +2 blades martial arts and Off Hand Training.

Influence went back down to fund it but it was doable... :)
