Is there any mods or maps for a prison or jail? I want to do a prison break! Any help wanted!

I would suggest you to look for info on modern prisons, since they are effective by todays standards, and thus should be effective in the world of Shadowrun as well. Atleast with some modifications.

Also, I would suggest that the prison/complex where they are hidden wouldn't be a government/Megacorp controlled one, since that would be pretty much impossible to break out of... Unless the scenario is to break IN to rescue someone being held captive there? I think that is the defining question here. Are the characters breaking out of the jail or breaking in to break someone else out? Or is someone from the team inside?

They are breaking into a Jail/Police station in Bangkok. Some of my players basically got caught and are now under arrest. The others need to rescue them

Sprawl Sites has a sample police station.  Also, use google maps to pull up overhead views.

You can actually zoom in on Loei Provincial Prison to the point where you can you can pick out details on each individual building. And after a few minutes of looking you can do that with most of the prisons in Thailand!

Google is the life source of all floor plans and more.  Got my self great airport layouts etc from google recently.  Anything you need, google will have it.  The only trick is to word your request carefully to avoid all the...um...jun other stuff out there.

I do a lot of stuff without using Google maps, I have a huge atlas and bunches of street maps, when i need a certain city or region that i dont have a map for i go out and buy a new map.

you can just do google image searches of floorplans or blueprints of prisons or stuff that looks like prisons.
