Been looking at getting a dead tree copy, but have had zero luck thus far.  When is it (or is it at all) up for a reprint?

Not $120 worth of, "have to have it."  PDF and a printer's cheaper, in that regard. I'll be waiting for the reprint, whenever that may be.
