The first thing is that you should be aware that Drake is an inherently subpar character option. With hard work and some cheese you can be OK, but you should be aware it's an uphill battle. I'm not trying to discourage you from playing a Drake but the book doesn't really warn you about this and there's a "omg drake adepts are overpowered" meme going around that's entirely wrong, so you might have the wrong impression.

Try to have an odd willpower score, because the stun boxes round up. Either 3 or 5 is better than 4. Ditto for Strength (but it's important that you have an odd score in Drake form, not ork form).

Penetrating Strike is strictly worse than Critical Strike. I don't advise it at all, and definitely not in lieu of Critical Strike.

Improved Physical Attribute (Agility) is worth it to softcap your Agility, but you don't want 2 points. That is, you are better off with base 5 agility and 1 rank, because magic is such a limited resource. There are better things you can get.

Can you use Way of the Adept? Warrior's Way would help you a great deal.

Can you scare up another 10 points of negative qualities? You are really in need of points.

Intuition is very, very important for anyone who cares about fighting, because it affects your initiative and perception. SR combat is very much about getting the drop on someone and murderating them before they can murderate you; not getting ambushed and going first are both really important. Drake is a point sink like whoa so you may have to cut stuff to get more intuition, but you can't really afford not to.

Martial Arts is a very, very efficient way to get extra DV. If your goal is punchy punchy you want 3 levels of MA for +3 unarmed DV. You should also try to get a few manuevers (don't go overboard; most of them blow, but Kick Attack is worth it at least; I'd probably just get Kick Attack for now).

It's worth having that 6 in Unarmed Combat; it's 12 karma later or 4 bp now.

You should really at least be trained in Infiltration and Perception. Pilot Ground Craft 1 (or 0 for that matter, you can default and you have a high reaction) is plenty.

You're an Oriental drake, but not really set up to use the opposable thumbs since you don't have skill with any weapons besides Unarmed. I think you'd be better off as a Common Drake based on the skillset you're going for.

Well i am still a brand new player, and my whole group is brand new so i am not going drake for OMG drakes are op, i wanted to go with one simply because its a fun idea and something no one els in my group would consider. That being said i am working around with my stats right now i got the extra  -10 qualities like you suggested i didn't even realize i dd not have them.  and  i dropped Pen strike, how do i get way of the adept? can you point me to the right page in the right book if not i will keep looking. also with the changes to my adept powers even without the path i still have 0.75 any suggestions on filling that up updating my character at the top with the new stats and stuff now.

Way of the Adept is a Shadowrun Options supplement. You can find it, for example, here: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/91004/Shadowrun%3A-The-Way-of-the-Adept

That's because you dumped 70 bp into being a drake adept.   You have great potential to be behind the power curve of the rest of the team for quite a while.  Sorry.

Did you pay for Warrior's Way? I think you still have PP left over in any case. I'm assuming that you have paid for Warrior's Way.

I'd be inclined to make the following changes:

-1 Magic (I don't think the last point is worth 25 bp when you're so point-starved)
-1 Logic (does exactly nothing for you)
+1 Intuition
+1 DV Unarmed martial art (doesn't matter which one, take your pick)
Adjust your skills as follows:
+3 Perception
+1 Assensing (you become dual-natured in drake form, not being able to see WTF is going on on the astral is very bad and you can't default on Assensing)
Specialize Infiltration in Urban and Perception in Visual.

Adept powers as follows:
Improved Reflexes 3 with the Way discount (3 PP)
Critical Strike 5 with the Way discount (.9375)
Enhanced Perception 1 (.25)
IPA Agility (.75)

You are going to be a serious one-trick pony, but that's fairly unavoidable; blowing 70 bp on Drake means you don't have the bp to be flexible, but at least you are pretty solid in your specialization (murdering people in close combat in drake form), with a backup of sniping (since Elemental Attack is LOS, you can breath weapon anyone you can see).

Might be able to shuffle in a bit more in terms of powers (making up for the loss of Magic rating and thus PP suggested by UmaroVI) by taking geasa (possibly limiting all powers to only functioning while in Dracoform... or something else). Having both a Way and a geasa on Improved Reflexes alone saves you a whole point (which basically allows you to reduce Magic as UmaroVI suggests without losing anything power-wise).
