Is there a good map of Denver in 2072? (with the Ute Nation gone etc.)

Yeah, those are the best you're going to get from Shadowrun. This is precisely why I went to the Denver website. Take the first SRM Season 2 map and draw out the borders on one of these http://www.denver.org/transportation/map . Maybe an AAA map would be better for you?

For what it's worth, I modified an existing (fan created?) map with the info from the SR4A history:
