Similar to this (http://forums.shadowrun4.com/index.php?topic=7240.0), I'd like to have a good overview map of Chicago and its environs (i.e. Chicagoville) in 2072. I have the ones in Feral Cities and Bug City and will soon have the one in Neo-Anarchist's Guide to North America, but are there any better maps out there, similar to the Seattle maps in New Seattle?

chicago is in pretty terrible shape based on the whole insect invasion and the nukes used against said invasion.

It can be hard for a game maker to make highly detailed maps of every thing in the game. But not having overly detailed maps leaves your gm room to put things in that he needs for his run.

Yeah, it took me a while to figure out the size of the containment zone and the corridor outside it.
Wish there was a better chi-town map for sure.

Hmmm... How much has the basic urban layout of Chicago change from 2012 to 2072? If the changes are not too big, I can start with an RL map (or something from Google Maps) and add layers with the Shadowrun stuff (such as the CZ borders) to it in Paint.NET.

Honestly Golan, I'm doing the same thing (Google Maps) with New Orleans currently, though my mapping skills absolutely suck. -shrugs-

What I'm trying to do is to get a high-res street map of Chicago, but I'm not sure yet how to do so in Google Maps.

I just throw on buttons and boarders to a city and call it done. :)
