Okay, I'll bite.  What's so cool about it?  It's an interesting picture of something that looks like, I dunno, a solar flare or something.

It's a storm on the Planet Saturn.

They call(ed) it the Dragon Storm because it resembles a dragon.  I believe it's a hurricane on our old Sun.   So, "solar flare" isn't too much past your guess.  Just wanted it show it off to see if anyone understood what it is. :)
