Ive been reading spygames. I was wondering if anyone had any info on ruthenium hair or holo head gear for a quick change of hair colour on the go.

The capacity allows it to be installed in a cyberhead, using capacity instead of essence.

Yeah, note that if a capacity is in [brackets], that's a capacity COST, not a capacity RATING.
