So I've been reading and the Draco Foundation I've had trouble finding info on them. Where do I look? What kind of organization is it?

So I've been reading and the Draco Foundation I've had trouble finding info on them. Where do I look? What kind of organization is it?
Put simply, they are a group founded by Dunkelzhan's interpreter to execute his extremely complex and far reaching will, which includes several ongoing projects (the hunt for blood mages, creating underwater crops, and many other things).

The Draco Foundation
The Draco Foundation (DF) was established by the last will and testament of the deceased president Dunkelzahn. Charged with administering his will and legacy (both the public and private sections), this foundation controls the bulk of the late dragon’s wealth. With such financial backing, it continues to be a major influence in a variety of realms—from boardrooms of AAA megacorps to the world of ar- canoarcheology. It is a primary competitor to the Atlantean Foundation in the world of arcanoarcheol- ogy and antiquities. With Draco Chairman and former UCAS Vice President Nadja Daviar still missing fol- lowing the Crash 2.0, Aina Dupree is now the acting Chairman of the Foundation. The rest of the board consists of Frank Hardy, Manuel Torres, Milo Czerda, Midori Kanematsu, and Gracie Friel.
Dupree died. Torres and Kanematsu resigned. Nadja Daviar, the original chair is back in charge (Hardy is the new Vice Chair). The replacement trustees are Masaru (Filipino Great Dragon), Dr. Kristine A. Martin (Chief Bioethics Officer of the Genesis Consortium), and Alexis Glimmerscale (Board Member of the Children of the Dragon).
