Ok so this is my first character aside form a street samurai I made in 2nd that never got used. I was going for a hacker and we were not allowed to use Unwired. I was only allowed to use the core book and arsenal at the start but now stuff like augmentation and runner's companion are allowed. This is also after a couple runs.

Can I get people's opinions and thoughts here?

You avoided my rookie mistake:Giving my characters perception 0. I managed to talk my GM into letting me take it as a Knowsoft, perhaps you should see if you can skim off a few BP like that?

Just so you know the difference between Knowsofts and Activesofts - they only do knowledge skills and active skills, respectively. Perception is an active skill.
On the character presented; did you purchase any knowledge skills, or are they all the freebies?
Rating 6 in anything is the top limit at chargen, which puts a damper on your armour. Is there any reason to have the entire vehicle skinlinked?
While a vehicle’s standard control interface (i.e., the steering wheel and/or dashboard) can be modified to work with a skinlink system (see p. 328, SR4A) without taking up slots, this modification expands the surface area of the skinlink interface to include the entire interior and even exterior of the vehicle if so desired.
Ultraband Radar Rating 4
This isn't a visual enhancement, and would take a sensor package (p334, SR4A) to install it into.

Skinlink so I can hack and drive from inside the trunk. Who would look in there? Opens up the driver seat for another passenger and let THEM take the hit if there is a drive by or a car jacking or something. Nobody thinks the driver is safely tucked away in the trunk, piloting via AR or VR. or if the car is parked, make the coating look like an average car in the area and hack away.
I have no idea what knowsoft and activsoft are at all as I am still new. Also, those were my free knowledge skills.
Any suggestions on what I should go for, spend karma on, etc.. please feel free. Just remember that I am not allowed to use unwired so please state what book you get your information from. Especially since, for time sake, We just got an in game month off cause I have to keep an eye on someone I kidnapped for a run. So I can call my fixer to get stuff for me and hold it for me until I am free.

I'd go with armour. Mods and such. Nonconductivity, thermal damping and ruthenium for a full body FFBA suit, and then some armoured clothing to wear at other times.
-
Can't wear armour over my full body suit. My Body is only 3 so any more and my agility drops in the toilet.
-
Then get a different set of form-fitting body armor. Full isn't actually the only flavour.
-
Can't wear armour over my full body suit.
Yeah, you can. FFFBA is specifically half it's rating for encumbrance i.e. 3/1. You could at least slap some PPP on, and some singular pieces of armored clothing.
-
Please no acronyms. As I said, I am still new to this and have no idea what you just said. Also as I asked, please post the book and page number when you quote an item so I can actually find it. I had an armored jacket and it kills my agility when I am also wearing Form Fitting Full Body suit

The SecureTech PPP system from Arsenal (that's what it's called). They're little individual pieces that give you more armor.

I wouldn't be wearing a head to toe tailored form-fitting suit of armour all the time, but that's just me. I like armour that doesn't conduct electricity well (nonconductivity mod), won't be eaten away by acid rain (chemical protection mod) or fire (fire resistance mod) and I like being able to wear something different on occasion.

If you can't use Unwired, I'd be tempted to just rely on programs to do your hacking since they will cope as well as your character will in most situations.
It seems you have designed your character to also be a Social Engineer and use Charisma skills to insinuate yourself into people's trust to get their passwords, security access cards, etc. Your Infiltration skills will enable you to steal someone's passkey if necessary for you to copy as well. This can also apply if you need to get their biometric data to bypass security checkpoints.
You should probably consider getting Tailored Pheromones to assist in Influence skills.
