The Ancients Connection 4 (14), Loyalty 5
He was raised by The Ancients after his family was killed by some Humanis ( that's why he got the Prejudiced negative quality) and they noticed the Talent the kid possessed (that's why he survived).
He was never fully initiated into the gang, but acted more like a very close ally .
Being raised on the streets, living among gang member taught him to never let an insult without an answer (Vindictive).
I believe that the rest is self explanatory.

First off, don't hard max your MAG - the investment isn't worth it at this time, keep it at 5. With those saved points, boost your INT and AGI (you're an Elf take advantage of the cheap AGI soft max at 6) - Initiative is very important for a primary combatant (which you are), yours sucks, and your poor INT is why.
Your LOG is way deficient, don't waste your time with Electronics Group, Auto Mechanic or First Aid - leave these roles to someone with a LOG oriented PC in your party, instead, focus on skills surrounding your strong stats. Boost your Stealth skills and Perception and take Gymnastics instead of Dodge, as you have Blades - which means you can and should drop Unarmed (you don't need redundant melee skills). Hard max your Pistols skill, you don't have another 5 and it's just good BP efficiency anyway.
Finally, and this is purely a mechanics (as opposed to flavor/story) choice, you should take some Bioware. With 1 point of lost ESS/MAG, you could get Muslce Toner 2 (+2 AGI), Muscle Aug 2 (+2 STR), and something else fun of your choice - Genetic Optimization, Reakt, Trauma Damper, Mender Symbionts, etc. - that (by the time you get Delta ware eventually, i.e. Toner and Aug 4) that 1 lost point of ESS and MAG will do more for you than keeping it ever will.
I should add that my table sees combat at least once a session and are generally meant to be pretty high-level operatives, so my advice is geared towards that; making you an effective combatant and to have functional dice-pools in everything you take skills in (9-15, for secordary to primary skills). So if your table doesn't see as much combat, or are meant to be more street-level operatives, well... only heed advice accordingly.

From a power perspective ignoring the augmentation way, take geass apply it to reflexes, improve your agility by one, take a point in improved agility and another 0.25 inagility boost. Thats an easy extra 4 dice in your core skills
-
Heh, I didn't even look at your Powers (might want to add your Power-augmented Initiative above)...
Don't take Improved Reflexes at Lvl 3. The return on investment to get 4 IPs is not worth it - not by damn sight, 3 IPs is plenty. So, Improved Reflexes 2, absolutely, take it, but 3? Not now. Knock your Combat Sense down to 2 ranks. Use those spare Power Points for either a loss in ESS/MAG or other abilities.
And absolutely use the Optional Adept Geas if your GM allows it, as Katrex suggests.
-
Improved Reflexes 3 is rarely worth the investment. I'd drop it to 2 and take Improved Combat Skill Pistols.

Is it worth to get Attribute Boost (AGI) with the char so close to the attribute cap??
I got Sustenance because I didn't know where to put the 0.25 PP left (should I get another rank in the Attribute Boost (REA) or choose another attribute?).
-
I think you only have 190 BP spent on attributes, I would recommend using your full allowed 200, i.e. bump your INT by 1 more...
Regarding specializations, they are cheaper to buy in equivalent Karma after chargen, so if you can bump a 3 skill to 4 at chargen, you should use BP to do it over taking a specialization (however don't do it to raise a 1 to a 2, or a 2 to a 3, as that is cheaper after chargen too). So maybe up Infiltration or Gymnastics over your Bikes and Swords specs?
Do you have specific plans for that Datajack? As a primary combatant, IMHO, there are better things you could do with that 0.1 ESS, which with your Sensitive System that Datajack is burning extra of anyway (and will interfere with later maximization of your lost ESS...). If you get rid of it, instead maybe get yourself another Reflex Recorder, or a lvl of Damage Compensators or Synthcardium or Daredrenaline or PuSheD (if you want to develop a LOG skill later) or something, anything other than a Datajack (IMHO, of course), even cyber Vision Magnification where you could drop Hawk Eye and have some more BP... Speaking of which, scratch that, you should have Vision Magnification for cheap in Vision Enhancement Glasses, drop Hawk Eye... get some BP back.
I'm not a big fan of Attribute Boost (in fact for your circumstance, IMO it sucks), 1st - and most importantly - your REA Boost from it won't stack with your Improved Reflexes REA boost, so you're in effect wasting some Power Points on that very expensive Power, 2nd - Drain, you're Drain Resistance stats are less than your Boosting stats (and this disparity will only worsen as your MAG increases...), you're just asking for trouble down the road. If you drop this power and Sustenance (which is a good Power, but doesn't bring all that much to the table at chargen), you could get Quick Draw or another level of Mystic Armor or start building on Combat Sense (or I personally like Motion Sense, YMMV), weigh your options.
You still have your Automotive Toolkit... didn't know if this was intended. If you still need to free up some BP to get those 10 BP for your Attributes/INT, maybe cut back on your tricked out Bike (how much did you drop on that thing anyway?) and Ancients Contact?
Think that's my final thoughts.
