In Street legends Clockwork mentions a child .
Netcat remarks to stay away from her son.

on Wiki they have a girl.

I know only one kid from this relationship,

Are there more?

To be fair, the Spawn of Slamm-0! is an elf, so it's really hard to tell if (s)he's a boy or a girl.  ;D
