first off, If you're a rigger, you're expected to break the bank :-). That said, are we looking to avoid This Old Drone or not? If you want just one drone going then a Renraku Stormcloud would be a good start. If you want to exploit the retrans unit then start with a GTS Tower. If you want a legal rifle then you'd have to discuss this with your GM but the Rhino Hunter in Gun Haven 2 is a 9p sport rifle that's only restricted and well whiten your availability. Your issue is the ammo, it comes with the high power chamber which requires high power ammo, the problem with this is that High power is already worked into the damage stats so there's a Good chance that the GM will rule you can use "Regular ammo." If not then just about any sport rifle, especially those in Arsenal would do you well.
