How could a Sasquatch runner manage to not get hunted down? Like, what would you really need? Just some baggy jeans, big boots and gloves, and an overcoat basically? Just shave your face and it'd seem like you'd be fine. Or just shave everything.

Basically, how could a Sasquatch hide their identity so they don't get murdered by Corporate Sponsored Van Pelt?

Live in a country where they are considered people would be a good place to start. After that, you could try a physical mask spell to look like a troll. I'm not sure the whole hunt them down thing is quite as prevalent as it was in the 2050s. Sasquatches like Frumious have gone a long way to getting them more accepted in society.

They can be can be granted citizenship by the UCAS, if I remember correctly.

However, you will stand out as a Runner.

Shapechange or Physical Mask, along with the Masking metamagic.
Remember, you don't have to kill the vehicle to stop it, just kill the guy driving it.

Dragonslayer, why do you say they would stand out as a runner? There are Sasquatches in Shadowrun that are not shadowrunners. Frumious is a good example (drummer for a band whose name escapes me at the moment. Shieldwall maybe?)

He means that, as a runner, a sasquatch is pretty distinctive. Can't exactly blend in with all the elves in Tarislar, or the orks in the Underground, yeah?
Greataxe - Apply directly to source of problem, repeat as needed.

Well that is a given that you will have Distinctive Style. You can't play anything from Runner's Companion without getting tagged with at least 1 level of that quality. But it doesn't mean you are instantly tagged as a runner, just that you stand out. Come on now people, wording. How often do we complain about Catalyst and their ambiguous wording? :P

I'm doing this on a phone.

Just be glad I can spell properly.
