updated 4th ed echos and some new ones.

I am writing up a campaign that's going to be delving into resonance and technomancers and as a part of that have been updating alot of the old echos and making some new ones for use in said adventure. http://forums.shadowruntabletop.com/index.php?topic=16441.0

I am only going to post the echos that require changes or i am house ruling.

Biowire:
Will still act as a skill wire system. upon learning this echo a technomancer will be able to pay karma to learn a new complex form for a given skill (must be taught by a tutor sprite).

Info Sortilege:
will function the same but the test becomes intuition+resonance.

Multiprocessing:
now only grants the extra action and makes observe in detail a free action. any ideas on how to round this one out more since the multiple nodes part no longer applies?

Sparky:
still only works on hackers icons, thinking the defense test would be device rating + firewall. with net hits doing extra dmg to the device. does this seem to powerful now that matrix dmg already can brick a device or does this seem apropos?

Swap:
ruling that this eventually removes the threading penalty.

Widget crafting
this will be by types.
Decoy is now a matrix perception test verse resonance and widget rating
Displacer, not sure if its fine as is or needs tuning.
Neuroleptic, removed until data trails

the rest work as is.

Acceleration:
the initiative pass is turned into +1d6

Advanced Overclocking:
as above

Mesh Reality:
the technomancer uses his matrix initiative dice and stats but may only take as many actions with his meat body as his best normal initiative roll would allow.

Mastery over Machine
formerly mind over machine, only the name has changed.

Not sure how i want to handle updating the Bio radar echo any one have any thoughts on that?

Well that's all of the updated echos i have been toying with Ill post the home brew ones i have been writing up in the morning.

For Biowire me and my gm have been running that Biowire echo gives you skill wires and a complex form which threads a skillsoft at rating = hits.  Duration sustained. Fading = Level.

Gives my character access to the skills he needs but hard to abuse.
