[SR5] Real License

Attached is my Hollywood Street Samurai HTSDB Bio. Some of the gear he would need, like a Simrig, is Restricted. Would it be safe to assume he would be able to have a Real License for it attached to his Real SIN?

Depends on if he bought it legally or with a fake license.

Some actors have Simrigs implanted legally, with a real license, as part of their acting contract. Page 144 of Runner's Companion has a Simsense Star with a Simrig.

If it's an illegal (aka not part of their acting contract) implant, then you need a fake license.
