tbh, there are some nice cars that can take chameleon coating, speed + accel upgrades and a weapon mount. with the freeby slots for morphing plates/spoof chips etc, you should be able to make a really good runner for about 100k

I really want to know what motorcycles they have!  Saw some of the art, I actually like the style they do the vehicles in.

Mack Hellhound is a 18-Wheeler cab.  Built in with 5 drone racks, a drone rail ... basicly add a trailer to it and you have the War Rig.  150,000.  Armor 15. 

From the art, the Yamaha Nodachi is a sweet ass road hog. 

Yamaha Kaburaya has a speed of 6.  Sweet looking art as well.  Also segways, monowheels - you name it.  They went crazy.  A very good selection of vehicles in the book. 

They also have a fuel-air drone/missile that GOD uses to kill deckers

Before retring, I worked for the company that owned the company that made Segways.
Should be interesting what stats they gave it.
