I have been asked to do a one-nighter scenarios do for it I am planning to use a feathered serpent who intimidate the runners into getting from crates from under the watchful eyes of a gang with strong Aztechnology connections.
Are there any like this already operating in the Seattle metroplex?

There is a certain irony asking about Aztlan based criminal groups when you think back about how ORO, now
Aztechnology, developed out of the technopirate outfits operating in Mesoamerica and the Caribbean.

Since they absorbed the majority of the bigger groups operating at the time, what's left are a few cartels and odds and end gangs so you can just create your own and call it done.

They are not 'pure' aztlan anymore, being a Azzie gang harvested from their own corp youth with a yak twist, but you can also look at the Az-Yaks

Don't know if it's too late for this but the Chulos are a "Latino/Aztlaner gang" operating out of Carbanado in Puyallup. See Runner's Havens, p. 90:

"They specialize in the smuggling of BTLs from CalFree and drugs from Aztlan and South America (via strong connections with the Ghost Cartels.)"

I'm a little loose on how the Ghost Cartels related to Aztechnology, but it's always possible that allegiances have changed since 2070. Seems like a good candidate for your needs.
