I'd only give them the NR for a device which is actually plugged into the data jack.

Another question, can the rigger/decker slave his deck to his RCC, so as to use the cheaper RCC's firewall, plus allow drones to also be slaved to the RCC and thus be able to share autosofts.

Well, you could link up your devices to your commlink/deck and then connect your jack to that. Then tge bonus would be spread around I guess. I know some allow the jack to connect to multiple devices simultaneously.
The only advantage of having multiple jacks is really multiple cords.

This question comes up a lot, and there are different stances on it. "Officially" there is no right answer.

Some GMs will insist that the Master of the PAN is the only one which can manifest your Persona. This is to prevent you from Slaving your Deck to a high priced Commlink, inheriting the high Firewall, and setting the Deck's Firewall low so you can maximize the rest of your ASDF.

YMMV, ask your GM. =)

The raw says it all wireless bonus states rating one noise reduction kinda doubt ratings from same sources stack RCC noise reduction signal scrub vector filter even antennae yes they stack but three data Jacks no and if you want multiple connections just get a universal data port jack hub course now I wanna know if you can run smart link with old school program translator and still get the +2 dice pool bonus

SR5 Smartguns have 2 effects. Just by being connected between the gun and your Eyeware, you get a +2 Accuracy bonus. This applies whether you're connected wirelessly, or have a cable trailing from the gun to your glasses. It's the onboard software of the gun helping to calculate targeting.

The 2nd bonus comes from the gun's ability to connect to the wireless Matrix, downloading weather data, and using cloud processing to speed up calculations for precise trajectories and whatnot. That is what gives you the +1 or +2 attack dice. If the weapon isn't wirelessly connected to the Matrix, you do not receive the bonus dice.

You may doubt and you may choose to do as you wish at your table.
However, the develepors have confirmed datajacks stack.
And I do not believe that RAW limits how many datajacks can stack.
Is this overpowered- I'd say yes if there weren't so many other things that reduce noise, including clothing material.

As to your second question- if I'm reading it right, you want to be able to use throwbacks not wirelessly and get the +2DP...no-smartlink requires wireless now. It changed, Why? Because, Bunnies, bunnies, it must be bunnies!! Or maybe midgets… (Magic, that's why.)

Actually, one of the Freelancers spoke up and said it was their intention for Datajacks to stack. That is not an official endorsement, just another voice in the crowd arguing RAW vs RAI.

As for other sources of Noise Reduction. Yes they are plentiful, but none so readily available, cheap to implement, and easy to conceal. If you can have a dozen USB ports sprouting from your neck, and never worry about Noise again, then you wouldn't need to worry about occupying Program slots to run Signal Scrub, or paying for more expensive and unsightly Antennas, or wearing a Fresnel Fabric suit instead of an armored leather jacket... There are other sources, but they present their own checks and balances. Redundant Datajacks do not, unless you restrict how many can be implanted at once.

That is most likely a house rule, then. I'm not against limits per se, but the book doesn't actually have any for datajacks.

It might be a Missions thing as well; that's the only type of Shadowrun tabletop game I get to play.  :'(

I personally think RCC's should be devices which can't master or slave. The way I would have written them would be if you add one as a slave to your network (PAN or WAN) then the features it provides would be available to all rigged devices in your network. Doing it this way would mean that the number of rigged devices you could add to your network would be controlled by your comlink, or deck. The RCC would just add the features. If you needed more autosofts than your RCC can handle, you shave another RCC to your network.

It would also mean for example if you were the spider for a 50 floor building, you could slave a few RCC's to your host, and they would handle the autosofts for your torrents, cameras, vacuum cleaners, coffie makers etc, as currently,I can't see how else you can do it with current rules, as I believe everything is slaved to the host.
