Hello, ShadowGrid. I come today to you with a doubt about how what the cost/logistics rules are for a Nartaki getting a cybertorso and/or full set of cyberarms. Also, on a side note, does an obvious cybertoso come with breasts?

A nartaki can swap his meat arms for fancy chrome arms as normal. So he can get all 4 cybered up. But there isnt any discount essence/nuyen-wise. And even though he has more limbs than a normal human, he doesnt gain any bonus essence.
So that means that its perfectly possible to go with 3 or 4 cyberarms and a cybertorso- but he will have less essence left for other stuff.
I recon obvious cybertorsos are only glaringly obvious uncovered or in some super skin tight suit or sexy dress. And that means that female cybertorsos come with breasts (most likely some capacity points from slimming the waist could have been moved to the breast area). And if you want bigger breasts there is always the bulky modification in chrome flesh :)

Obvious cyber torso is obvious.

page 456: These implants are immediately recognizable as artificial limbs unless you cover them with clothing. They are often chromed or matte colors but visibly mechanical in nature. Some folks like them glaringly obvious and outlandish, some find the artificiality repellant and disturbing. This can affect your social dealings in some circles, especially upper-crust society and the purist crowd.

So I think you can hide the cybernetic nature of your torso with normal clothing (and even more so with armoured stuff)- as long as its not skin tight or anything like that. And I think that Robocop has had a ton of bulk modification with extra armour- seeing as he never walks around with armour jackets or anything like that, and still repels bullets like a juggernaught.

There are no special rules for Nartaki getting a cybertorso, nor cyberarms.

The cyber torso isn't so much taking off your current torso and installing a new one.  It's more of a shell, possibly with artificial organs to replace some damaged or missing organs for whatever trauma caused someone to need a cybertorso.  It's generally custom made and fitted to the person getting the new torso, due to the many, many ways a human torso's measurements can vary.  Like those two extra arms.

Cyberlimbs are generally made for style and comfort of the user; and even the crudest are made with some nods towards self interest, including a basically male, female, or neutral shape as the patient is most comfortable with.  This includes breasts, if desired, of whatever size the user prefers.  If you want something higher-quality than just metal plates molded roughly in the shape of breasts, you're talking a synthetic cybertorso, not an obvious one.  They won't move or feel like real breasts to the touch unless you invest a lot of money in improved synthskin, in which case they can reach the point of being difficult to tell from the real thing.  They can also be functional.  Most internal organs from the meat torso are retained, which can include mammary glands.  Also, cyberlimbs do have sensory feedback analogous to nerve endings that interface with the nervous system in the same way, so you can retain sensitivity in your cybertorso's breasts.

For arms?  Yes, you can get cyberarms.  You can get four of them, in fact, even though other metatypes cannot.  The reason other metas have trouble getting an extra pair of cyberarms isn't because they can't attach more arms, but because the brain isn't set up to coordinate four arms so there's not really anywhere to hook up those other two arms.  Nartaki naturally have four arms, so that connection is no problem.  You still have to pay full essence cost for each arm, mind, but you can get them.
