Min/maxing is great but 1 Etiquette? That's 3 dice with your CHA, good luck at any social encounter. I would probably drop a bit Clubs and maybe even Perception/Sneaking to get at least 4-5 + Specialization in Etiquette.

Facial sculpt seems a bit pointless when you default in the disguise skill. Take it to at least 1 with karma.

What skillsoft do you plan to take with MBW? I found weapon skills a bit lacking because you can't edge them and one weapon skill is generally enough (especially automatics). Logic skills can be great to take there, they need to be edged less than fighting skills but with 3 LOG you won't go far.

If it is mostly for the initiative I feel like a Rating 2 should be enough and will leave more room to other wares.

Move By Wire System 3 also gives you a -3 Penalty to Social Encounters..

Edge1 ... not a fan of low edge for starting characters

Which is why my social limit shows 1 instead of 4.

In any event, I have been thinking, Missions don't give out lots of nuyen and I'm starting with no activesofts...takes too much time and money to build up a library so this concept is a no go.

Yeah, I scrapped my first two concepts before posting the one I did because of the inherently low power level of Missions.  When it will take a dozen missions to just get to the level of what you imagined as the core of your character it's just not worth it I think.  I picked the number of missions I thought I'd play at a couple of conventions (semi-arbitrarily) and calculated the average karma and nuyen from the FAQ and thought about what I'd get with those rewards, thinking short-term advancement like that made me realize I needed to ditch some stuff and focus more, maybe it would work for you too?

Anyway, I feel your pain.

Edge 1 is definitely dicey for a starting character, but on the other hand, Edge can be advanced as soon as you have the Karma for it. So, 10 Karma later, you're a 2 Edge character, and 25 Karma in you are a three Edge character. As long as you are lucky enough to survive that long (which is definitely a concern), you tend to be better off than runners who started off with different sacrifices.
