Any of you folks have a link to a list of generic NPC pre-builds? Right now i'm looking for a rigger. Its time to hands-on learn the ways of vehicle combat and rigging with my group.

I don't, but if you use Chummer 5, it's easy to use it to set up custom drones and print/write out their statblocks.
If you need an opposing rigging type right now, you could always cosmetically retool the CRB generic one, or slap a control rig on the pre-gen grunt of whichever PR would challenge your PCs (though I'm guessing you probably already figured that).
