What Shadowrun books call a clip, is a magazine apparently. The debates on that have gotten so intense in the far past, that the actual books acknowledge it occasionally.

I liked that they did that. Common vernacular is bound to shift over the next few decades and I could totally see several wrong words for things become the accepted word.

For the most part, clip already is the more commonly used term (though it is wrong).
