Upvehu Language

In the description of the Pixies (RC 65) it lists Upvehu as a common language for pixies to have.  Is this a made up language for the game or where is this language from?  I've looked around and can't find anything useful about it.

It's most likely the name of the Pixie language, much like the elves have Sperethiel and orks have Or'zet.
