After reading through the Seattle 2072 book, I noticed that it looked like the Koshari don't have any, or at least not much, influence in Seattle? Is this correct and if not, can anyone point me to source material that details it? Thanks.

This is most likely because the Koshari originate from and are primarily active in the Pueblo Corporate Council, which isn't directly connected to Seattle. And unlike other mafias are very connected to their point of origin. They've extended their presence to other areas, but don't really have the infrastructure to exert much influence outside their center.

So a Koshari Lt. looking to make a name for himself and has a PC in debt to him would have ample reason to start pressing into Seattle. (Mr. Burns voice) Excellent....
