Well, my best characters are all elves or humans, so I'd go with that.

Ok so Elves and Humans are tied so as of right now it looks more than likely a Surge Character.  Still got a few more days.  Anybody else have any input?

Play a SURGEd Wakyambi pistolier with cbernetic replacements.

Play an augmented dwarf adept that has an ultrawideband radar and maxes out strength then grabs the 'Smashing blow' adept power.

If you grab Muscle augmentation 4, critical strike 3, and smashing blow along with the ultrawideband radar it allows you to see through walls to see where enemies are, then promptly break through those walls.

Surprise test anyone?
