Well, I sound like a broken record, but I'd go away from cybereyes.
He's got a strength of 2, blades isn't really doing him much good. I'd drop that point and put it to use elsewhere.
Locksmith is for old school locks. Don't know how common they are in your game, but if they aren't very common, I'd suggest dropping it (he'd still get six dice defaulting) and tossing that point elsewhere as well.
He's really trying to do quite a bit. Without knowing what kind of expert type he's wanting to play I couldn't really tell a whole lot more. He could pick up the stealth group at 2 instead of having Shadowing and Infiltration at 3. He'd have 4 extra point and have palming and disguise at 2 as well.
Already having a street sam in the group, I'd recommend dropping Automatics down to 3 and bumping hacking up to 5.
