Frank's cheap. Other than be filled with hatred, he's never once succesfully done anything to Butch in 11 years.

Now, Butch as an enemy... He'll cost you your carreer, wife and sanity.
Fortunately he's not allowed by RAW, he doesn't fit into the -35BP maximum Negative Qualities limit.

Also, I never thanked you before for linking to this guy. Even though I sometimes need to rewind a couple of times just to understand what he's saying (have some pity on us non-English-speaking people), this is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. Have yourself a +1.

This is what passes for fine Canadian Television due to the throttlehold the US has on media in North America.  The guy later went on to make a cartoon called "Kevin Spencer" that went for more seasons, but only because it was cheap, and the CBC likes cheap things that makes idiots laugh.

Actually, I think an episode of Kevin Spencer was entirely about that very fact!

Until these posts, I had never heard about any of these things here in Australia.

That said, the video made my girl and I's morning.  Very, very funny.  Butch is a real !#!@!$ and he just doesn't seem to care.
