You don’t want the firearms group. That is 3 ways to shoot people and you are good at none. Pick one weapon skill and excel at that. Lower Electronic Warfare and get Hacking 6. Generally it is most efficient to get skills at 4 at chargen to save karma or else at 1. And specializations should be bought with karma. With your high Logic you should get more logic linked skills. Like demolitions. Everybody needs to blow things up. 
Why muscle replacement? You are not really getting much out of +2 strength and agility as a hacker/face. I recommend a cyberarm instead with high agility and some armor so you can shoot people in the face.
Armor – you can only use body x2 armor without penalties.
You could really benefit from Augmentation, Unwirred and Arsenal.

#1. Makes high CHA cost too much.
#2. I only had a 1 in Pistols previously, rearranging BP made more sense for the Firearms Group. 8 dice should be enough to shoot someone at point blank.
#3. Muscle Replacement was picked for a couple of reasons.
Agility: Gives me a decent Gymnastics pool. The strength was really just an added bonus.
Roleplay: The character is more hip-hop oriented, so beefing up to be a tough guy definitely fits the culture. Also, using Muscle Replacement instead of the agility-only bioware (can't remember the name at the moment) actually utilizes my Sensitive System flaw, so I don't just take it and avoid cyberware for the rest of the game.
#4. I should be fine on armor. 3x3=6. My highest armor rating is 5.
#5. I know, I'm not new, but the rest of my group is. Trust me, I'd love to be using Arsenal and Unwired at least.
