Calling him oni-ish might confuse people - that's an actual metavariant from Runner's Companion (and not one worth taking, really - you're better off getting a distinctive appearance from SURGE, as you have done, than getting charged an extra 5 BP over a standard ork in exchange for a distinctive appearance disadvantage).
