I've just been stuffing around and built a Busaw Troll physical adept (with augments) who got 55 dice damage resistance for ballistic when fully geared up.
Can anybody get better?

Wont you just hit the limit of usefulness way before that and build a character that can survive almost any physical attack but that don't have any points left for other useful things?

Maybe a surged and genetically altered troll with full body comversion and cyberlimb armor R3 bought with restricted gear.
And Dermal Sheats and what not.

I admit, the magic part depends on dice luck. Being a Ghoul would add another 4 Body, but you loose 1 Essence and max Magic...

Yup.

Yes you could make it a two character combo. A huge totally cybered troll with maxed out cuberlimb armor on all limbs and then have a possession mage summon a spirit into him. That would give 14 more armor i think.
With Genetic Optimization: Body, Metagenetic Optimization: Body and Extraordinary Attribute: Body that would be 3 more ontop of that.
And you could also cast Improved Attribute Body, but that would actually be in the initiate grade as his body would be to high to benefit from a Force 12 spell.
Oh and there are the fairy wings armor from attitude that gives +1/+1.

Is it possible to reach 100?

And being possessed he will be relatively well protected from stunbolts to.

How do you know a character is protected or not bt cyberlimb armor..i got a character with one full cyberarm with cyber armor 2..I used to think that it was to reflect the fact he had no ortho skin on his right arm so hed have the same armor everywhere but now i aint sure

Both types of armor stack with each other. A little silly but on the other hand you have paid nuyen and essence for both.

Doh, the Minotaur already has metagenetic improvement.
On the other hand Minotaurs don't have natural dermal deposits.

Using the cheesiest possible interpretation of the rules (Gel Packs on everything, D-A, C-B, and KT mods stacked on anything vaguely resembling clothing, etc) I mamaged to break 100 Damage Resiatance dice without Magic.

Certainly not a starting character, though, and even with Body 24 he's too Encumbered to move without cheesy interpretation of Softweave.

Sure 
get a Surged 6armed  Troll with BOD 13
now replace All Arms and Legs with Beta Cyberarms & Legs and armor them up thats 32 Points with no Encumberance
get him 25 Formfitting Fullbodies with Silkweave to wear 
that would be 150/ 50 for the Fullbodies (encumber like 0/25)
+ 32/32 = 182/ 82
