How about 5 Machine Sprites?
What is the combo?
Boost the Ace of Coins with Diagnostic power of Machine Sprite... That will give them oportunity to 'permanently' boost Social Skills of PC. Of coruse, there is a limit... 6 as this is the skill rating for starting PC.
LOG [after errata] is the limit for registeret sprites number, CHA boosts social skills... Negotiation pool: 6+8+2+3+3+6... = 28 Before situational modiers.
It is a concept after all, so i there might be some troubles... but you get the idea
