trying to draw up a short game session using the "Bank Heist" from Payday 2 as the template for both the blueprint and the encounters, while using SR4 rules and materials and here is what i have initially.

Bank Heist
Normal Mode
5k Nuyen per player upon completion of the job
-500 Nuyen for every civilian killed
Up to 2k per player for items in the vault
Setup
4 Security Guards, 1 inside the camera room and the rest patrolling the area inside and around the bank
10-15 civilians spread across the floor, outside, and in the office area
6 bankers among the office area, the break room, and on the roof for a smoke break
1 Manager on the floor, in the office area, in his/her personal office, on the roof, or out back in the parking lot
2 tellers in the box
All the glass that borders the outsided and the teller’s office is bullet resistant
All the doors that lead outside that isn’t the front entrance are locked unless the fire alarm is triggered or held from the inside for 10 seconds and then the alarm is triggered.
Alarms can be triggered by the tellers, the camera security man, or anyone near the safe
Police can be called in by unsecured people
Explosions will cause unsecured people to call the police

And i have 3 different modes of play, Covered Extraction, Normal Heist, and Firestater. So, for now I'm trying to find the stats for those npc's to use and the Starting BP at 500 with everything else standard
Does anyone have suggestions and after i finish this would you like to try this out?

The caveat here is that banks generally don't exist in Shadowrun.  Or at least, not the same way they do in today's times.  Physical money is generally relegated to corporate scrip (at best) or barter chits (at worst).  I'd probably do this more like the gold heist version of the bank heist map.  Rather than stealing money, they're stealing bullion or some other valuable material.  Perhaps platinum, gems, etc.

that is what i was thinking as well, i was more hoping for things like what grunts should i use and which book are they in, and what npcs should play the civilians, and what the general ratings on the locks and maglocks and such should be and what value should the items on the inside be. Also, i have no idea how strong the computer node here should be for ECCM jamming

Less a bank for money, more about secure storage in a vault. Safety deposit boxes full of good stuff.

One of my runs is them being hired to hit a bank (it's tiny, has no physical money, maybe two staff including security, and a massive vault with two different lock codes to be entered simultaneously.) Mind you, the bank isn't the point for the Johnson. It's drawing Knight Errant away from other locations.

thats what i figured, and any actual bank heist would not be targeting cash but rather materials or resources the johnson wants. But What I really need is grunt stats for KE patrol cops, k9 units, heavy units, hackers, mages, and super heavies. And finally something to act as the equivalent special units from payday 2: cloaker, bulldozer, tazer?(not sure if this needs replication), and sniper.
The shield units can just have a shield equipped.

For grunts, I'd start with simple armed security.  They're probably looking at SMGs, with pistol sidearms.

For civilians, I'd say they're just your generic citizen, unless this is some sort of a mob bank.  Probably only a few people around though - matrix banks take out the need to stand in line and see a teller for anything but loans (maybe), depositing items, or withdrawing items.  I'd suggest maybe 3 staff on-site, with 4-6 guards.

I assume you want to have KE come in hard and heavy.  Bring in the normal cops at first, and then ramp it up with Riotmasters and SWAT units.  Stats for SWAT armor are in Run & Gun, but you can use the HRT team stats in the core book.  A heavy would likely have a shield as well.  A tazer is going to either use Stick 'n' Shock rounds, or have an actual stun gun/stun baton combo.  Mages can be derived from the lieutenants in the core book.  Sniper would be your generic officer, but with more Longarms skill and a sniper rifle (ideally one based on high mobility like the Crockett).

Upload the data offsite and then post a link to it here.

Do you have a map we could borrow with the bank layout?

For the map of the bank do a google search on "Bank Floor Plan Layout".  You get tons of maps to choose from.

There's a couple.  Yeah I don't know how to make those clickable links above.  If someone knows how please msg me or post below and I'll fix it.

I really like the maps created by Fabled Environments.  Here's an example of their bank:

here is what i have currently down. The Bank Heist is currently a mess and the watch dogs part 2 is incomplete, and the watch dogs 1 is missing a good map to use.
I'm thinking a warehouse or a series of warehouses in a U shape and the parking area in the middle of the U like the actual map in payday 2. won't be able to continue working on them for a bit due to finals. maybe in a week or two.

That's pretty neat. One thing to push the envelope is that the cash is in the form of Nuyen servers. Remotely connected Nuyen Databases containing untraceable certified nuyen of a large quantity, corps like Ares are tasked with delivering the Nuyen servers to certain banks so transactions can be made properly without hackers trying to mess with it. The servers require a bag to lift out of here as it is too bulk to lift by itself. The reason for making it so big was not because of storage space but as a deterrent against nobody bank robbers.

The idea is that while corps feel secure with money, sometimes you need a way to extract nuyen out of an account in a remote way away from certain elements that Matrix Banks cannot afford (Technophobia perhaps is a good reason why these Nuyen servers exist)

There are also the following goods

-Gold Bars, large amounts of gold bullion that translates to lots of untraceable nuyen, the only problem is it take a strong person to walk out with it.
-Loose items like certified credsticks and jewelry can be pried from the safety deposit boxes, worth about 500 nuyen per item as a flat fencing rate.
-Unconnected Nuyen servers held by corporate big shots who rents out the safety deposit boxes every month to keep a sizable liquid asset in the event of a rainy day.

Debugging

No doubt the KE may get a couple of bullets into the bags of money, if someone expresses concern the cops may destroy the servers to deny them the pay out. Explain to them that KE or Lone Star will face a lot of heat and paperwork if they accidentally destroy any corporate property, no one want to frak with Zurich Orbital after all.
