They are extremely bad about responding. I made an order back in January on the 14th, and have sent around 6 to 8 emails asking for status. The last email I stated I was going to dispute the charge because I had not received my package. That was about a week and a half ago, and due to work I have been really busy so I had not called my bank yet to dispute the charge. I received my order yesterday. Just under two months after ordering and constantly asking for updates. Good luck. I will not be ordering from Battleshop.net any more, and if this poor service continues I don't care how great of a game you have Catalyst will start to loose business.
