Can somebody tell me what the complex forms are in SR5.  Not how to use them the core rule book dos a good job at saying what they are for.  Also I am not asking what a complex form is in concept, again the book dos a surprisingly good job of that without telling the player what they are in literal game terms.  i.e.  Complex From A dose such and such. Complex from B dose such and other ex...

I have found the Complex form library in the core rule book but my internet searches have indicated that a lot more exist outside of that list of 13 complex form on pages 252 and 253

in the end there are two questions hear most importantly I am asking how to get a complete list of complex forms, or where to find them in the book. 
The second question is what is a complex form in practical terms, as it pertains to the player, not the character.

AFAIK there are CFs in only two books: the core and Data Trails.

In practical terms a CF is a Resonance spell.

Ugh now I recall why I don't read that section of the book anymore, I can vaguely see why the author suffers from the delusion complex forms are 2 times as  powerful as spells, but honestly I can only guess at the deeply twisted builds they must have come up with to justify that logic. I can only guess max ranks of focus concentration, its simply boggles the mind.
